Philia Collective

Spectraverse, 2024

The mirrored reflections within the installation serve as a poignant reminder: our identities are not fixed but fluid and multifaceted, shaped by both internal understanding and external influences. These include the curated projections on social media and information asymmetry within data collection that impact our political choices, consumption habits, and values.

The colorful faces throughout the mirrored pillars symbolize the innate significance of imagination and magic, reminding us that life extends beyond the visible, anchoring radical trust.

The pillars aim to disorient, taking you on a transformative journey - in this liminal space, you can pause, reflect, and reorient yourself. It's in this suspension between realities that you can choose how to move forward, aligning your multifaceted identity with greater agency and intention.

Philia Collective is an ever evolving collection of multidisciplinary artists who wish to come together to make incredible art with inspiring people.

The Spectraverse collaborating artists are:

Jeja Sjöblom, Jennifer Maksymetz, Robert Moss and Matt Robertson
